Ingredients:
- 12-15 multi-grain tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded pepper jack, cheddar jack, or Monterey jack cheese, or a taco or nacho blend
- 1 1/2 cups salsa of your choice
Note: If you are adding meat, place a small amount in the center of each chip before adding the cheese.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Lay the chips in a single layer on a baking ban. Sprinkle a bit of cheese onto the center of each one. Repeat until all of the cheese is used.
3. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
4. Add a small spoonful of salsa to the center of each chip.
